If you adore Pinkberry/Yogurtland/Red Mango/Any kind of frozen yogurt place, read this.
Most things aren’t healthy if you eat “too much” of it. That doesn’t mean frozen yogurt will make you a fatty. It’s obviously not as healthy as regular yogurt, but the reason it’s called a “health food” is because it’s a better alternative to ice cream, seeing as it’s not made with actual cream. So here’s another piece of ~common sense~ for you: if you go from eating something made of CREAM every day to something made with FAT-FREE YOGURT, then you are making a healthier choice. It’s not like I think frozen yogurt is some kind of new diet food… it’s a dessert. But at 20 calories per ounce, a cup of it won’t kill you.
Call me delirious and make fun of my apparent lack of common sense all you want, but I’m going to keep enjoying my cup of fat-free frozen yogurt (with fresh strawberries on top). Guess that makes me a fatty, at a whopping 100 pounds…

Well anyone that thought that frozen yogurt is a “health food” deserves any sort of maladie that comes with consuming too much of it. If you really thought that it was “good” for you, you’re delirious. I mean HOW ON EARTH can you REALLY believe that any sort of brightly colored goo that squirts out of a machine and looks like it should be in a Hello Kitty cartoon can even remotely be “healthy”…its like TRIX yogurt. When you were 5, you still knew that you should never have pink and blue swirly yogurt that turns grey, not purple…grey when you mix it together….
COMMON SENSE GUIZE. COMMON FUCKING SENSE!
